Vanilla and Blueberry Protein Smoothie

This is one of my absolute favourite healthy, quick and easy breakfasts, my vanilla and blueberry protein smoothie.



Ingredients (serves 1):

Crushed ice

50g of oats (I use powdered oats)

25g vanilla whey protein powder

25g peanut butter

60g of blueberries

40g of raspberries

250ml semi-skimmed milk

Optional: handful of spinach


Directions:

Add all your solid ingredients, before adding the milk, and then blend until smooth!


Nutritional Information:

Calories: 604

Protein: 42g

Fats: 22g

Carbs: 62g


If you are after a lower fat and higher carbohydrate smoothie, simply increase the amount of oats and decrease or remove the peanut butter serving!
